This one isn't going to be to far away. It's a cutting I took from Vals Candy early September that I'm hoping will be white.

How exciting scrumpy, it's like giving yourself a Christmas present, you've always wanted . But you've certainly started something though. My wife wants to know why I don't have Christmas decoration in my greenhouse, that's all I need!!!! Can't wait to see it flower

Blimey, I'm not letting her see that post, she's Christmas light mad. I won't have any sockets left to use by the time she's finished

May even be new year !! Definitely looking white, think it's going to open daisy eyed. Not to worried at that, just need that white colour. Plenty of side shoots on it that can be rooted later.

Yes. It came from a very sickly looking plant that was stunted, didn't flower well, apart from being pure white on every bloom. It was if the whole plant had picked up an infection of some sort resulting in a bit of a genetic wobble. The cuttings taken from it have produced more normal growth...have got 3 that look OK now, and I'm ready to take some stem cuttings off the one that is about to flower. I need to get the plants to produce tubers so that I can get some proper cuttings for next year.
