I have heard today that, although rare up here, someone in Banchory has......... RED LILY BEETLE Their lily plants in the ground apparently are infested with them..NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO We don't want them here

I'm sorry to say that I suspect they will - if not this year, then next. They've moved up the country so fast, haven't they. At least Rosie is forewarned and knows what to look for.

How far as the beetle flies? About 50 miles Geranium so quite a distance away ;D The farther the better if you ask me.
