I'll try.
You had a custom Avatar on the old forum. Wherever that was when you added it to your profile is where you pic is now (tinypic, photobucket or wherever)
Use that location to upload the same Avatar as you did on the previous forum - just type in that location but you must add 'http://' first then www. etc
Does that help? I'm not very good at explaining, am I?

On the left is Account info, below that is Personal info and there you will find Avatar. select 'none' if you want your custom Avatar then fill in the location where it is now , add the size you want 100x100 max and at the bottom of the page 'Modify profile'
