am setting an electric propergator wich is thirmastaticy controlled if i set it at 10c oe do i need it higher

It depends on what you're putting inside it - some seeds germinate at about 18 degrees.
Could you give us some more information, robh?,

If it is for setting up dahlia tubers for cuttings, to start them into growth set the temperature around 62 -66f you do not need the lid on the propagator i root my cuttings at 68f

It would help has Cherry said, if you need a answer on anything to do with dahlias post your question in the dahlias for begginers thread, with that been a sticky that is the first place i do look at.
