I can see why you did so well with your exhibits DC. well done.  I would have been over the moon too if I had the runner up to the best vase in show. |

Will be going down to the allotment late this afternoon. I know I will not have many dahlia blooms to choose from because the majority of them have been left to their own devices for seed.
Any thing half decent, I will take even if there has to be one or two mixed vases, at least they will help to fill the benches for the public to look at tomorrow at the show.

Some are wing buds some are side buds and some main bud.Really impressed with eastwood moonlight this year good size even with a knock back and 6 up.

 Pics are from my first show on sept 8th this class asked for 3 vases of 5 large or medium dahlias I was second with 1 hillcrest candy and 2 easteood moonlight |
