Definitely wait - a lot of my trees and shrubs haven't started to bud yet, and when this one does you might find it's a treasure you want to keep!

They might need lifting and splitting, Joysie, and feeding with bonemeal. Are they very close together?
The time to move a tree is really in late autumn, but as they're still dormant, you could get away with doing it now if you really need to.

My camellia is fast losing its flowers due to this awful weather but otherwise ok. daffs do not require feeding while in flower. As soon as flowers have faded remove them and feed wekly with something like phostrogen or vitax Q5 which will build the bulbs up for next year. If however they are overcrowded it would be advisable to dig them up and replant spaced out.

Joysie, what`s the score on the tree? Have you taken pics of it? Geranium, just curious, but why feed the daffs with bonemeal?
