Hi, I am after a couple of tubers of the Pompon Dahlia Hallmark if anyone has some they could sell me later in the year. Many thanks.

Never managed to get hold of this one myself. Ridgeview Nurseries have it in their catalogue but after three years of ordering it and receiving something else I gave up trying.
If nobody on the forum can help it might be worth contacting Robin Pearce at Worlds End Nurseries as he was a specialist pom grower if I remember rightly.

I may have a spare tuber of it, depending on what you are looking for. I will let you know via PM when I dig them up. Hallmark is a bit hard to get hold of. From what I have been told, the fact it won for so many years there were lots of it about and then people started selling poor examples of it. I bought several plants and tubers of it last year, and some have turned out to be other varieties, others have shown different petal shapes. Which do you consider to be Hallmark?

Photos 1 and 2 are Hallmark in my opinion. Note the petal shape is the same as Gurtla Twlight which was a sport of Hallmark. Gurla Twilight Hallmark

Cheers, I photograph all of my blooms as I struggled to find decent photos on the net last year when I was looking for pictures of specific Pompon varieties.
I have a Canon EOS 40D.
