Humpf, HH came home for lunch and asked me if I had been asked for my autograph yet?
Don't know what you mean said I.
Told me he had been reading...
Oh, Don't know what you mean I replied.
I was told: You're as bad a liar as our daughter.

I'd better explain, I was in a classroom with Children. I was waiting for (I can't remember which one of you it was) Tel / Sweetpea you so that I could swap with you looking after the children, so that I could leave the room and then when you both arrived I remember feeling of relief. So I left the room and left you both with the children. One of you, I think Sweetpea was going to hear the children read while Tel, was going to be looking after the children.

I don't know what to say to that Moonlight. Tel is quite responsible with his dogs and we know Sweetpea can manage cats. I suppose they could always show the children how to grow sweet peas and dahlias. Now that would be handy.

Got IT back today, was chuffed to bits. Missed having it. Shame I will have to give him back. Don't know when because neither Dad nor I have heard anything at all from county dahlia society re. 2014 at all.
Don't care, I've got him back, needs quite a bit of a polish.

Much to my relief IT hadn't been lost, when we were looking for it, we were looking for it in a shoe box which it was in but what we didn't realise was in a bag along with my Dad's certificate.
On the way home HH said 'I don't know why you don't join the National D. Society. It only costs £15.'
If only life were that simple.
Anyway, typing that out, the thought has suddenly struck me, HH has been doing some research.
Dahlias aren't HH's cup of tea but he understands a lot more than I realise.
HH still (affectionately? now but before was def. a bit of a wind up joke) calls this 'Garden Chums' and I know that sometimes he does read this but I've banned him from joining (ok, I've asked him very nicely not to) But if next time you skim read this bit:
Thank you my Love
(No more soppy stuff) for a while.

When you are ready to start showing at the National like your dad, then you will have to join the NDS.

Absolutely right. Give your husband something else to be proud of ML and join. You're good.
