I have sown a mixed packet of dahlia seeds and I have transplanted them in to 2 inch pots, they are now about 2 inches high, as the weather looks fine and I live in Hampshire when would be a good time to put them in the garden boarders? I was thinking about May second week if the temp stays steady. Reg

I plant mine out the last weekend in May, up here in West Yorkshire.
