They are both, obviously, rooted, but I reckon that tall one will flower before long.

both dianthus showing what appears to be a fat bud but as I am not particularly knowledgeable about carnations I could be wrong. Turns out it was just new leaves.

I took the same approach with cuttings of pinks last year as I did with my blue lace cap hydrangea. Just snipped pieces off and stuck them in pots around the garden and both lots of cuttings worked. Beginner's luck ......
