Strange things happening with a few of them. Seem to be doubling up on this one, two leaves and two stems at each joint, as arrowed with the white line and these two stems have got 7 buds on them Be interesting to see how they bloom

I had to google that word Strange thing is, some of my tomatoes did the same sort of thing, ie, growing point split into two. Can't have two fasciates in one year surely

Keep the seed scrumpy and see if the same happens with the next generation. You could have something there.

That is really peculiar. I wonder if the 7 buds will be good flowers.

They were good flowers. Opened in layers of 3, 2 and 2. Bottom 5 looked the best, top 2 opened fully when the bottom ones started to droop.

Possibly some sort of a record scrumpy. The whole plant looked like that too.
