You are all very nice....best thing about digital cameras is you can do close ups and hide all the scrappy bits...
The flowers in pic 16 are Trifolium Rubens v easy from seed, perennial and a bit of a sprawler.

That is the first time I have seen your plants CPB. I wasn't too keen on the avatar, but it wasn't used too much, so not too distracting. The plants are beautiful and some of them unusual too.

I do apologise about my avatar...I've had others on other message boards but am particularly fond of this one. (I am a Sci-Fi fan too...) if it causes problems for people then I don't mind changing it.

CPB - I would be grateful if you could! I do find it a bit wearing on the eyes. Thanks for the offer. ;D ;D

Okey Dokey...now some DEPRESSING images from 2011..... We've decided to move the whole garden around (saves having to rotate my crops I spose...rotate the entire garden instead). One of our other hobbies is astronomy...as we live 3 miles from a city centre our windows of opportunity for observing are pretty narrow. My OH has errected a plinth in the garden (where my Veg bed was) so that we can dash out with the telescope and set it up really quickly.... The vegetable patch (raised bed) has been moved to a much better position, we've got rid of the grass (can't call it a lawn) and now I have a nice big flower bed... We have loads of slabs..OH would slab the whole lot if I let him! but he puts up with my gardening because it makes me happy...I'm gradually getting more and more of the garden as time passes.... Our little garden..as OH set out to revamp it.... got rid of the grass... moved the vegetable raised bed to just in front of the GH...the fence is south facing hotch-potch I took out loads of perennials and eventually will put stuff back...the only thing that will stay where it is is the dwarf-apple (croquella)

Well you have gone to a lot of trouble to make the garden a pretty place. I like the fossils.

it's nice having a big change round every now and again, like having a new garden all over. I envy you having it dry enough to be able to get stuck in
