Oh dear.... my Roof avatar appears to have dissapeared !
I THOUGHT I'd uploaded this (rather than linking to it) ... how would I check to see if that is the case ?

My avatar disappeared briefly one day recently too Roofy, yours is still there as it was before for me. peony's avatar isn't showing on here for me but that might be because she is changing it, Lou78W's wasn't on a while ago but that was because she was deciding what to change it to. There seem to be odd things happening on here from time to time & the tinypic photos do strange things such as changing from one thing to another & back again or deleting themselves for no reason. |

You're right SueA , I was going to change it and deleted the old Avatar but I haven't had any success with adding a new one. I use Photobucket to add photos but it doesn't seem to want to work for an Avatar, something to do with sizing I think. Anyway I lost patience after I'd tried a few times and failed, if I remember I'll ask the grandson what I'm doing wrong next time he's here and suffer the raised eyebrows and 'Nan it's simple' expression  |

peony have you tried resizing the picture on photobucket, if you find the picture you want, click on that to bring up the full size one, then at the top there are 5 grey boxes to the right of the picture, you want the one with the paintbrush on, click that and it will bring up the edit page, on the top there is resize if you use that and bring it down to about 150 then save the size, you can then use it for your avatar (hope that makes sense )
