Ummm...... It appears that the domain "garden-friends.co.uk" has expired ? The forum hosting package is still live, but you can't access it using "www.garden-friends.co.uk".  Is anyone dealing with this ? Do you need any help ? (I'm an IT professional) (1) ..........................

(1) .. well .. I know more about IT than I do about gardening, anyway !

Its just the name that covers the proboards forum that we have that has expired, by using the one in the message you can still get on and use the forums T&M who sponsor the forums usually renew before it gets to this stage so they have either forgot or decided they don't want to play anymore  either way the forums will still exist, i'll try and get in touch with he lady who usually renews it tomorrow and promise to buy more seeds |

That could have something to do with it Rosie ? but the forums are provided free by proboards and will still be up and running its just that everyone will have to make sure they bookmark the address as gardenfriends.proboards.com ...T&M have been paying to cover the proboards address with our own domain name which was the garden-friends one, they also have been paying to keep adverts off the forum too....you may notice they come back towards the end of a month when T&M need to renew to keep it advert free for another month As far as I am concerned the address as above now is no problem? I don't mind seeing the proboards name in it? the forums are still the same as they have always been but I admit I do find the adverts a bit annoying, I have had kind offers from members to help with the domain name renewal but first off I will try and confirm with T&M what is happening with their sponsoring |
