ill kick this off i used to make allot of homebrew long time ago well i got back into it and i have made a youtube channel for it my first brew will be mead and ill be videoing it and also top tip on removing labels from bottles ill post my test vid i made as this will provide the link to my channel

Not sure about the carbonation drops but if they are crumbly or breakable I'd either try & crush one & use the correct portion of the 'dust' or chop a bit off with a knife if possible so you have the right amount but I've never brewed beer. No idea about your other questions thecrackedpotgardener , perhaps steve can help as he used to do homebrew?

I've not heard of carbonation drops? the home made wine I did was more of a recipe based make it up type of thing, the beer was a can of the liquid which was heated up with sugar when cooled down yeast was added and then wait...that was the most of my technical skills

well plans for the brew shed is under way foot print so far is 24x12 and will sit on blocks so i can class it as a non permanent structure as im not aloud to have a shed bigger than 5x3 pathetic really but if it is non permanent they cant say anything its not going to be cheap mined to build this the build the floor alone is £280 i will video it as much as i can and make it in to small episodes
