Oh my goodness Geumlover, that looks FANTASTIC.

The bungalow itself looks HUGE, and VERY nice. But the garden is FABULOUS. You've got a covered area, a garden shed, raised beds, a little octagonal summer house... I've DEAD envious. And LOADS of space for planting onions !

Maybe, but the soil is shallow and more moss than anything else. There are huge tree roots running all over the place. There are zillions of Sycamore seedlings from a tree with a TPO on it. Right up the middle towards the Summer House is a tar mac road which is probably half the width of that side of the garden. I could go on , but it is worrying enough already.

At the moment it seems more like taking things out than anything else. All they seem to have grown is the same Hydrangea. They are everywhere. Plus bindweed, ground elder, Arums and most of the other common weeds. Oh and hundreds of Holly bushes, even growing in the roof.
