I've seen these once or twice before in our garden in recent years & spotted this little gathering the other day, they're very pretty & aren't too destructive. They do nibble the foliage of some stems on the rosemary & will go for lavender & other similar plants but haven't ever done much damage.

I think they're another 'pest' which was imported on plants from elsewhere & only appeared around London in the 1990s but have spread to most parts of the country now, you might be lucky grindle & they haven't reached you yet, they are pretty though with iridescent green & purple striped bodies.
