Hello! I'm MabelJane, and I'm gardening in a smallish garden in North Cheshire, keen on growing wildlife-friendly plants plus tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, beans, potatoes, cougettes, herbs etc every summer - container-grown, crammed into every space available including a small greenhouse.

I came across your forum yesterday when I was searching for info on those pesky little green caterpillars that infest my delphinium buds every spring. Having just removed over 50

with tweezers I thought it was about time I identified them and did something drastic to prevent it happening again! So I've just chopped the whole plant down to the ground and put it into the council green bin.

Looking forward to sharing gardening stories and tips with you friendly gardeners.
