I'll be adding plants to this over time. Hopefully they will end up on the New plants purchased list soon (or freebies ;D) in due course. Open to all of course...

Spoke to Lou and Brian at work today and when Alstroemeria's were mentioned it came to mind their close climbing relatives in the genus Bomaria. I would love this particular one (in the link) as its almost continuous flowering once established with evergreen foliage. It would of course have to be overwintered inside. Absolutely no idea where I would get one from or indeed any other in the genus. I did id one for Moorbank Botanical garden as they had no idea what it was!!! Wow Steve .....the colours are amazing.....if you had them growing in the conservatory all winter, it would certainly cheer you up.... ...will pm that seed list to you.....

You may even get away with a couple of the species of Bomarea Geranium where you are? Availability could be a little tricky though.

I wouldn't have last winter. We went lower than -4, although that's unusual here.

Very tempting but it says " protection from severe frost" which after the last two years means you'd have to have a heated GH.
