Is that similar to a variegated plant reverting to all green?

I just read that you are feeding your dahlias, should I be feeding mine? You have put manure on yours, so they should be ok, you could feed them when they start coming into bud with a high potash feed every 14 days or so to help with the colour and strengthen the stems. There is no manure on my beds because we did not get a delivery, or if we did the allotment holders wheeled it away before i got there. ;D

Thanks Tel, there is as much compost/manure as soil in the bed, the plants are looking good one got a little nibbled so I put some more slug pellets down.

I think they will appreciate this rain. I'll have to keep an eye on the S&S now.

Definitley watch out for slugs and snails, we havent had hardley any problems this year, then thanks to the much needed rain we have some holes in plants and slugs and snails eveywhere. Having planted through the weed matting you can really see their trails on it

I've just checked all my dahlias and there was no sign of a slug or snail, I'll have another look at dusk.

You will let me know when I should do something with my plants won't you Tel?
Please don't wait for me to ask a question as I don't know what question I am supposed to ask.
They are putting on weight and have side shoots.

They are putting on weight and have side shoots. They should be ok for now, we want them to start producing buds from about the second week of July onwards, then we will take it from there. Ps i could tell you in advance what you will have to do next, but they could be a lot more dahlia posts, before you needed the info, so it may get lost. Don't worry i will let you know whats next, after all i want you to win as much has you do.

I don't have enough flower buds for the early show. I am just going to watch WF and 'go with the flow'. Ugh what a cliche.
