It could be suggested that those with Dahlias currently in bloom share photos for the rest of us to enjoy, rather than just mentioning the fact. Not that I would suggest it myself, naturally, being new here.

The dahlia pot tubers stored away, not very neatly, but i do not do neat. The greenhouse is full at the moment.

The greenhouse is full at the moment. I can see a gap! It's nice that you can have those plants bloom for a little longer though, and hopefully grow a few more tubers, too.

the last of this years photos, taken today Ryecroft Rebel Mary's Jomanda Dikara Moon Those 3 varieties have been consistently flowering with excellent blooms from end of July. Not a bad bloom on them all summer.Mary's has been outside in all weathers and still has quality written all over it. And as for Dikara Moon, that one is a side bud of a side bud of a side bud, no watering for about a month, and still looks good and a reasonable size. As for rebel, much more formal look to it. Obviously needs growing on a triple stop, about 15 up I reckon

Where you at scrumpy,I haven't had a dahlia worth taking a photo of for 3 weeks.Mine are all out of the ground now if anyone would like some please let me know.When I decide what I am keeping for myself the rest will be going on ebay.

we are in the costa del shrewsbury forgot this one....ruskin andrea Definitely the last ones now as i've started to cut them down today, and will get them all up 10th November onwards as I have a weeks holiday from then.
