Congratulations scrumpy. That was a very unselfish thing to do and the new exhibitors must have felt very proud. They will now be hooked.

I hope the forecasted winds do not damage anybody's dahlia's, or covers, if you have them in place.

Yesterday when the wind died down a little we went and put a new polythene skin on the tunnel. This tunnel used to have have a white plastic cover on that had its day and it made the tunnel real dark which never helped the plants. It took four of us around two hours to get it on and it went real tight first time which was a bonus. This shows the size of the new skin compared to my papas miniatures tunnel. Its huge . The tunnels to the left are top Vegetable grower Ian Stocks where he grows his long carrots and parsnips in barrels. A picture of me(pictured) and my twin brother giant and medium dec frame. I will get some pictures of the flowers when the show colour.

You had some cracking blooms there Scrumpy, can see why you did so well. I really like your moonlight sport. Just one observation on Brenda T, I now think the form of it improves in September.
