Leeds Paxton, 2nd in the Championship, in other words last. Garden Friends was 2nd, not happy about that, beaten by April Heather. Plus three firsts for Kenora Challenger, Brenda T and Wyn's Favourite in a class for any varieties. That's it for this season now. Sorry to read that you are disappointed but Lou is right you have had a really great season and on the trials. When do you get the results? Some time next month moonlight, Dave Bates sends everyone a Email, who had anything in the trials.

Hope you have taken photos.
I've not been taking out side shoots so I've got a number of little Eastwood Moonlights and Mini Peach Delights. Thought I'd try for more heads = more potential seeds. Hope you have another good show next weekend. My Brenda T has a lot of flowers and so have my Weston Pirates. Shame no more shows here (but to the relief of my family ).

Malvern Show pictures Actually spoke to the judge of the smalls about my Zoe. He liked them and said they didn't win because of the slight colour variation. Oakwood goldcrest/cherwell goldcrest vase won it. This is a new Hillcrest small ball that came first. and Jomanda came 2nd championship entries in winning order some candy's and some giants

Who won the championship scrumpy? .Well I think thats me finished for the year undecided whether to show at the weekend or not, winholmes are still not damping off(can't believe it).Eastwood moonlight has been my dahlia of the year,24 plants have managed to get me 8 firsts,2 seconds, 1 silver and 2 bronze medals. Also done well with gurtla twilight, weston pirate, dikara superb, hillcrest divine and mary's jomanda.Dissapointed with all smalls this year, made them to late and small by knocking back to hard,I got first tickets this weekend with brenda t,cherwell goldcrest and oakwood goldcrest, never shown a vase of leopold chloe or winholme diane and only one vase of joan walker. Also never shown a vase of daves choice, marston lilac and blyton golden girl.Plans already being made for next year
