Lovely pics of your dahlias Candyblue, can i give you a little advice on staging.
Have a look at your Mary's Jomanda, the front two blooms the stems have a slight curve on them, now if they were like that when you placed them in the vase. I would have placed the left hand bloom where the right hand one is and the right hand one where the left is, so the curve is coming back in towards the top bloom instead of away from it, there by giving a better presentation.
Hope that makes sense.
