Here are some photos from my show last Saturday, they arent very good as there was lots of entries and the vases were squashed together and also by the time I had got round to taking the photos it was the afternoon and they had been moved about so some of the blooms had been moved about. Daleko jupiter Marys Jomanda Blytons softer gleam and the last one my trophy! Well done you, I hope you are feeling rightfully proud.

Here are a couple of mine, Tel sent me the cuttings and they have grown really well.. April weather, a bit nibbled but still lovely Hootenany And the bestest one...Terrycotta No where near as well grown as all you prize winners but i am very happy with them and i will save them for next year ;D ;D

Lovely pics of your dahlias Candyblue, can i give you a little advice on staging. Have a look at your Mary's Jomanda, the front two blooms the stems have a slight curve on them, now if they were like that when you placed them in the vase. I would have placed the left hand bloom where the right hand one is and the right hand one where the left is, so the curve is coming back in towards the top bloom instead of away from it, there by giving a better presentation. Hope that makes sense.
