Pushed on this morning and got all the dahlias out. The grounds a bit wet, but I've had to get everything out of the old greenhouse to dismantle it, as the new one arrived this morning, it's going to be a long four days , but it's going to be worth it .

Am I right, some people have received their orders from the National Dahlia Collection orders? I know that my Dad hasn't got his yet but I am hoping that they are posting out their orders now.

Moonlight, I received my order four weeks ago, but I know they do not send out an order, until all plants on the order are ready to travel. If you go on their website, they give delivery estimates according to order number. Check that first, then call them if your order date is overdue. Normally, Penny Issac answers, and she is very helpful.

Sounds hard work but will so be worth it, Rob has just informed me he has managed to get a week off work next week, we can never seem to get the same one off together lol. He intends on putting the other poly tunnel up - Yey! and hopefully we will get our plants in, but as you say the ground is very wet

Delivery was spot on, and the driver wouldn't let me help, brought it all in on his own, including the full sheet toughened glass . Gave him half dozen of Jill's hens eggs, said he never gets anything normally, and he loves omelettes, happy days . The suns just come back out, so going to carry on putting the frame together. Soon be time for a cold can of lager

Hopefully that will work till it gets a bit drier . The old greenhouse is going really well on ebay, with 56 watchers, and ends on Sunday morning. Just have to empty it, remove the glass and dismantle it before then . Don't think Robs trying to tell you something, do you
