poms normally have petals that form a compact sphere like a golf ball. you dont actually see the yellow centre until the very end of the flowers life. The daisy centred have big yellow centres showing as soon as they open. useless for showing but the bees love them. which means that there is a higher possibility that might get some seeds.

Having a problem with the small dec Leopold Chloe, when the blooms are at the stage for showing, the petals on the back are dropping while the blooms are still on the plants. I wonder if its just mine, or does this variety do this for everyone else.

I wonder if its just mine, or does this variety do this for everyone else. I've not even managed to get any on the bench this year Tel. Mine have all had large green centres and the back petals have shattered before the centre has closed properly. May give it another chance next year or maybe not.
